Over 97% of Smart Meters have been installed

Fewer than 200 meters remain to be changed. If your meter has not been replaced with a smart meter, you will likely hear from us over the next few weeks to make an appointment to access the meter.

At this time we are preparing our billing system to move to Time Of Use pricing with a target to transition in June 2011. You will be notified regarding when you can expect to receive your first time of use bill.
