Opening an Account

Customers are subject to an Account Set-up Charge when a new account is opened. Currently, the charge is $15.00 plus tax and is approved by our Regulator, The Ontario Energy Board.
For customers with Utilities Kingston services, please note that total to set up an account can range from $15.00 to $60.00, plus taxes, if all services are required.
